Spaceage Video Pack Standard License Agreement
Licensor: Spaceage, LLC ("Licensor")
Licensee: The user of the video loop pack ("Licensee")
1. Grant of License
Spaceage, LLC hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the video loops contained in the Video Pack in both commercial and non-commercial projects. This license is granted to incorporate the Video Loops into the Licensee's multimedia projects, including but not limited to films, video games, advertisements, and live performances.
2. Restrictions
No Resale: The Licensee shall not sell, license, sub-license, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise distribute the Video Loops, or any modification thereof, as standalone files or as part of any collection, product, or service whose primary value resides in the Video Loops themselves.
No Redistribution: The Licensee is prohibited from redistributing the Video Loops, including as part of a content library or any other media-sharing outlet, without obtaining prior written permission from Spaceage, LLC.
Attribution: While not required, attribution to Spaceage, LLC is appreciated in any works or projects utilizing the Video Loops.
3. Intellectual Property
The Video Loops are the intellectual property and copyright of Spaceage, LLC. The Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Video Loops.
4. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. The License will terminate automatically without notice from Spaceage, LLC if the Licensee fails to comply with any provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Video Loops and destroy all copies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Video Loops are provided 'as is,' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Spaceage, LLC does not warrant that the Video Loops will meet the Licensee's requirements or that use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spaceage, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including any general, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Video Loops.
7. General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Spaceage, LLC and Licensee regarding the use of the Video Loops. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
By using the Video Loops, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License.
